Rather than the usual Christmas 'blend', our single-origin Christmas coffee is a real exception, grown at high altitude in the 'Mountains of the Moon', as the Rwenzoris are known. Hand-harvested by our farmers, select lots of fresh coffee cherries are brought down from the mountains and dried naturally on raised African beds for 3 weeks. Our Christmas filter coffee gift bundle includes the 'One Brew' 4 in 1 Coffee and Tea Maker by Barista Co, which was inspired by the professional specialty coffee technique of allowing gravity to move the coffee to the bottom of an immersion brewer, such as a coffee press and then pouring slowly. Better than Cafetiere Coffee - by allowing your coffee to brew and settle for between 5 and 8 minutes you will get more flavour from the coffee and by following the 15 to 20 second slow pour you can also enjoy a cleaner coffee without losing the velvety texture associated with cafetiere coffee press coffee.
