Delivery Options & Tracking
A Blue Goose delivery will soon be flying to your door, no matter which delivery option you choose…
We offer both a standard and expedited delivery service within the United Kingdom, with orders delivered via a tracked service according to the following time frames and costs:
> Free Shipping On All Coffee Pod & Bean Orders over £22. Free delivery is available within the UK only and is sent via a tracked 48hr service. To qualify for this you must have spent £22 after any discount is applied (offer does not apply to gift subscriptions/gift card purchases).
> Standard: Tracked 48hr 0-2kg: £2.99 – Will aim to deliver your coffee within 2 working days of dispatch. (2-3 working days).
> Expedited: Tracked 24hr 0-2kg: £3.99 – Will aim to deliver your coffee within 1 working days of dispatch. (1-2 working days).
Orders placed before 1pm (Mon-Fri) are packed and dispatched on the same day, depending on season and time of year. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day.
Once your order has been processed you’ll receive a confirmation message from us followed by a confirmation email with parcel tracking code once your order has been processed.
Depending on the service orders are despatched and delivered by:
ROYAL MAIL: You can use Royal Mail track & trace to see if your parcel has been delivered, although they don’t show you any detail about where your parcel is.
HERMES: if your order is being sent via Hermes than they should send you tracking and delivery notifications to the email you used when you placed your order. So if you have any Hermes parcel tracking queries or want to divert or have your order re-delivered then we would definitely recommend downloading the Hermes app via Google Play (Android phones) or the Apple App Store.
You can then set preferences for all your parcel deliveries including your ‘safe place’ and any delivery instructions if you’re not going to be in. You can also choose a neighbour that your courier should deliver to (or whether they should avoid any specific neighbours) so it’s super useful. You can also contact Hermes via their website or by using their chatbot called Holly for 24/7 help.
If you have still not received your order after 3-5 then please do get in contact with us.
If any of our Nespresso® Compatible pods or ground and whole bean coffees are not for you then you can request a return within 30 days, before sending them back.
But we are super confident it won’t come to this so if you’re struggling to make a great cuppa or just want some advice to nail that brew, definitely touch base via our contact page and we’ll go from there.
If you still want to make a return then we’ll promptly process your refund as soon as we’ve received your return.
