INGREDIENTS
- 250ml of maple syrup
- 120g rolled oats
- 30g dry roasted, unsalted almonds
- 30g sunflower seeds
- 30g pumpkin seeds
- 30g dry raisins
- 30g walnuts
- 20g pinenuts
- 60g sesame seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 200C.
- Put the maple syrup in a saucepan and heat until boiling. Then add all the dry ingredients and stir until mixed. Remove from heat.
- Pour out the mixture onto greaseproof paper and spread evenly. Put in the oven for about 10-20 minutes until it solidifies. Then remove and leave to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
