Breakfast Granola

A great way to kick start the day, a bowl of granola enjoyed with a nice espresso. Start the day in the right way, giving yourself a good energy boost.


  • Prep-Time: 20 mins
  • Cook Time: 30 mins


  • 250ml of maple syrup
  • 120g rolled oats
  • 30g dry roasted, unsalted almonds
  • 30g sunflower seeds
  • 30g pumpkin seeds
  • 30g dry raisins
  • 30g walnuts
  • 20g pinenuts
  • 60g sesame seeds


  1. Preheat the oven to 200C.
  2. Put the maple syrup in a saucepan and heat until boiling. Then add all the dry ingredients and stir until mixed. Remove from heat.
  3. Pour out the mixture onto greaseproof paper and spread evenly. Put in the oven for about 10-20 minutes until it solidifies. Then remove and leave to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
