ROYAL MAIL: You can use Royal Mail track & trace to see if your parcel has been delivered, although they don’t show you any detail about where your parcel is.
DPD: You will receive tracking info in your order despatch confirmation email and via SMS if you added your phone number when checking out. Or visit the DPD track parcel page here
If you have still not received your order after 3-5 days Outside fo any strike action being taken by Royal Mail or other providers, then please do get in contact with us.
