Year Round Shipping & Deliveries

Coffee Pods

All coffee pod orders are processed and normally despatched within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping for pod orders will be charged at £3.99.

Ground & Whole Bean Coffee

Our ground and whole bean coffees are freshly roasted, ground to order and sent every Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. Orders for any ground or whole bean coffees will be prepared and shipped on these days only each week. Shipping for ground and whole bean coffees will be charged at £3.99.

Coffee Equipment

Orders for coffee equipment are for despatch within Mainland UK only and will always include a shipping fee of £7.50. 

Homeware

Items in our homeware range are handmade to order, which is why they are handled separately to coffee orders. Item creation time takes approximately 10-14 days. Shipping fees are calculated separately for homeware items with all orders charged a flat fee of £7.99.

Mixed ordersWhere an order includes ground or whole bean coffees AND pods, these will be fulfilled and sent as two separate orders. Any coffee equipment or homeware items will also be despatched separately.

When your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number.

    Customers in the United Kingdom

    Mainland UK

    We offer both standard and expedited delivery services within mainland United Kingdom, with orders delivered via a tracked service according to the following time frames** and costs:

    • Standard: Royal Mail Tracked 48hr: £3.99 – RM will aim to deliver your coffee within 2 working days of dispatch*. (2-3 working days**.
    • Expedited: Royal Mail Tracked 24hr: £4.99 – RM will aim to deliver your coffee within 1 working days of dispatch*. (1-2 working days**).

    * Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 business day of the order being made.

    ** These are guidelines based on Royal Mail’s stated service levels however, like you, we are at the whim of network congestion so please try not to leave your ordering too late if you don’t want to be disappointed.

    For Overseas customers

    Europe & Rest of World

    Whilst you can't currently arrange delivery to an overseas address via our website, we will be happy to take your order via email - please contact us at hello@bluegoose.coffee.

    Delivery costs vary depending on items and destination, so if you'd like us to quote before you order, simply contact us with your order details. 

    Please note : Our deliveries are sent via International tracked and signed for post, and are delivered duty unpaid. There may be local tax/ import duties payable on delivery of your order, over which we have no control.

    How do I check the status of my order?

    When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

    Orders are despatched and delivered by:

    ROYAL MAIL: You can use Royal Mail track & trace to check the status of your parcel and as a tracked service you will see various updates as the parcel moves through its journey.

    If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@bluegoose.coffee with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

    Refunds, returns, and exchanges

    Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis with the goal of making our customers happy and meeting their needs.

    Coffee
    We do not generally accept returns on coffee due to its perishable nature. We will accept non-opened cartons/boxes though where pods have not been handled. This said, we are always willing to resolve problems as they arise. If you have any issues with your coffee, or if there are errors in your order, please contact us at hello@bluegoose.coffee.

    Equipment and Merchandise
    To be eligible for a return, your item must be a non-coffee item (ie. equipment or merchandise) in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and to notify us within 14 days of having received your item.

    To start a return, you can contact us at hello@bluegoose.coffee If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
