Built for flat whites and cappuccinos but equally enjoyable as an espresso, this washed Cattura varietal thrives at approximately 2,000 meters, where the cool climate and fertile soil produce beans with remarkable density, complexity, and brightness.

The name Ascent reflects both the coffee’s journey and its purpose. Grown at towering altitudes, this coffee embodies the spirit of upward growth and progress. It also represents our commitment to supporting the Nariño community farms, where stable, sustainable prices empower farmers to elevate their craft through improved quality control and knowledge sharing.
We roast our coffees each week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays as well as then grind to order. All orders that include ground and bean coffees will be sent the day they are roasted.
Our whole range of vibrant speciality coffees, are small-batch roasted to perfection, helping you create delicious barista-quality coffee at home or at work.
Sip by sip you’ll experience the individual personality and ‘terroir’ of the beans that have been nurtured by our smallholder farmers using sustainable farming techniques that allow biodiversity and wildlife to thrive.
