Brazil – Smooth Chocolatey Foundation
From the Daterra Farm in Cerrado Mineiro, this component brings a base of chocolate and nut flavours. Daterra is a pioneer in sustainable coffee, recognised globally as the first coffee farm to achieve B Corp certification.
Fun Fact: Only 40% of Daterra's land is used for coffee; the rest is preserved for biodiversity.

Ethiopia – Sweet & Fruity Complexity
Sourced from Guji's smallholder farmers, this coffee adds a hint of fruity sweetness and extra body. Handpicked and naturally processed, it showcases the artisanal care of Ethiopian coffee growers.

Papua New Guinea – Spicy Finish
From the high-altitude farms of Simbu Province, this component rounds out the blend with structure, complexity, and a signature spicy touch. Exported by the locally run Kongo Coffee, it supports smallholder farmers directly.

We roast our coffees each week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays as well as then grind to order. All orders that include ground and bean coffees will be sent the day they are roasted.
